Walter Lee, I am so sorry to hear about your dads
Passing. I know Uncle Les will be missed by many.
He was always so kind and good hearted to everyone.
I will miss and always remember when we would come up and visit. He always welcomed us with love.
I know when he would come to see Loretta (his sister, my mom), they would truly be so happy to see each other. I miss those times. I am so very sorry that I was not able to come to the funeral. I didn't know that Dougie was going, and so I did not have a way there.
I hope to be able to come when Doug comes to visit
the next time.
Again, I am sorry for the loss of such a beatiful person. We know he is looking down on us from heaven, happy and smiling.
We Love you! You & the family are in our prayers.
Love , Sharon (Redds), Al (my husband), and my children ( Aunt Loretta's grandkids), Kayla & Jimmy Brookshire, Hiser/ ( Moats)

I wish to express my sincere condolences for the death of your dear Mr. Moats. The God of heavens shares your loss. He provides the wonderful hope of the resurrection (John 5:28-29; Hosea 13:14). He also promises, at Psalm 37: 11, 29, 39, peaceful life forever on a perfect earth. Jesus taught us to pray for that marvelous time at Matthew 6:9-10. May the peace of God be with all of you.

I knew Les as Park Manager at Smallwood State Park when I started my State service in 1976...to now as Retiree Seasonal at Sandy Point State Park. He was a great manager/ Ranger all the way! Sad to see another old timer Ranger to pass...glad he lived a long life with his loving Family. Rest in Peace always.

Family and friends, My sincere condolences for each of you during this time. I regret that I will not be able to attend the service due to my recovering myself from a recent medical procedure. Bro. Moats served as our WV Bishop for several years and was a constant blessing to all of us. He always remained faithful to the truth of God's Holy Word. Prayers for the peace of the Lord to be wth you.
In His Service,
Philip Smith
