Cleta Frantz, 74, of Kingwood, WV passed away, Thursday, June 20, 2024, at WVU Hospital in Morgantown with her family by her side.

She was born July 28, 1949, in Terra Alta, WV, a daughter of the late Robert and Ruby (Casteel) Frantz. 

Cleta was a loving mother and grandmother. She worked as a real estate agent for   Long & Foster and Houses & More and as a CNA at Hopemont State Hospital  .

She is survived by one son, Brian Fike and wife, Kelly of Arthurdale; two daughters, Hope Kelly and husband, Tim of Bruceton Mills; and Chrystal Williams and fiance, Kevin Slone of Romney; five sisters, Linda Hall, Phyllis Straub, Vickie Stemple, Tammy Ringer, and Terri Sharpless; seven grandchildren, Claire Kisamore and husband, Caleb, Madison Sypolt, Gracie Sypolt, Levi Fike, Aaron Host, Tehya Host, and Tyra Host.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Karen Shaw.

To honor her wishes, cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home, Terra Alta. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Terra Alta with Pastor Marty Turner officiating.
