Obituary of Ima Louise Stemple

Ima Louise Stemple, age 67, of Terra Alta, passed away on Thursday, April18, 2024, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.(Do not delete this line. It does not print.  Text that is to appear on web must be entered after this line)«

Ima was born on December 11, 1956, in Kingwood, WV. She is the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Lewis) Anderson. 

She was employed by Crazy Charlie’s in Terra Alta as a clerk. She was an avid gambler, she enjoyed her family and family gatherings and music. She was a sassy lady but a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by one son, Ryan “Billy” Stemple and wife, Jennifer; three daughters, Letha Anderson, Amy Rennie and husband, Joshua, and Sarah Stemple and fiancé, Storm Cline; three sisters, Terry, Cindy, and Carol; twelve grandchildren, Shania, Hailey, Clarissa, Taylor, Megan, Sydney, Reagan, Cameron, Tyler, Joshua, Lillian, and Lucas; and two great-grandchildren, Addie and Kash.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Vincent Stemple; three brothers, Charles, Larry, and Barry; and four sisters, Connie, Diana, Bonnie, and Mary.

Family and friends will be received at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the 5:00 p.m. time of service. To honor her wishes, cremation will follow the service.
