Obituary of Gloria Dean Sisler
Gloria Dean Sisler,

Dean used her artistic ability to create beautiful quilts, embroidery, photographs, birthday and wedding cakes, and clothes for everyone in her family and the community. She was also a master gardener and co-farmer with her beloved husband, Scott. With God's assistance, she raised 6 rambunctious children of her own, 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous neighborhood children. However, some of her favorite times were close to home as she enjoyed picnics in her yard, bird watching, and camping at Leadmine. She was an active member of CEOS, TOPS, a founding member of the Union Ambulance & practicing EMT, on the committee that brought the Eglon Clinic to Union District, a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and women of the ELCA, and the Amboy Sewing Club. She meant the world to her family, was adored by her grandchildren, and was a friend to everyone she met.

She is survived by six children, Donetta Sisler, Michael Sisler and wife June, Jana Freeman and husband Ronald, Tamara Sisler, Cara Radford and husband Derrick, and Shauna Perrine and husband Paul; ten grandchildren, Michael Sisler II, Shawn Sisler and wife Becca, Michelle Zinn and husband Anthony, Skylar Swain and husband Tom, Dane Nice and wife Erica, Mariah Clement and husband Damien, Cody Fauber, Jazzy Freeman, Dylan Radford and Mikail Perrine and wife Alycia; eight great-grandchildren; Alexis, Alyssa, and Aydin Nice; Sophie and Myla Zinn; Violet Sisler; Ryland Swain; and Isla Clement.
