Terry Eric Reckart,

75 of Terra Alta, Cranesville Community, died Wednesday June 8, 2022 at his home.

The son of the late Walter Benjamin and Katherine Martha Wolfe Reckart, he was born May 15, 1947 in Morgantown.

Terry enjoyed hunting and the outdoors. He was a carpenter and made furniture, guitars, gun stocks and knife handles.

He is survived by two sisters and spouses, Patricia and Donald Jordan of Lenox and Carol and Lynn Snoderly of Kingwood and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry, and Willard Reckart.

Family and friends will be received at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home, Terra Alta from 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022 until the 4:00 p.m. time of service with Pastor Donnie Savage officiating. Cremation services will follow.
