I was shocked and saddened to learn of Sandy's passing. She was a special, wonderful person. I had the privilege to instruct her in nursing. She truly had a special gift when it came to her career. I occasionally would see her in action on a nursing floor, and was so proud of all her accomplishments. She was an ardent patient advocate, who cared immensely for all who entrusted her in their well-being. She will be missed by all. Dear family, you have my deepest sympathy. Lisa Chiplaskey
