Obituary of Carol Louise Wotring

Carol Louise (Jackson) Wotring, 85, of Aurora, WV, passed away January 14, 2022, at the Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, MD. She was born January 24, 1936, in Kempton, MD, a daughter of the late Woodrow and Katherine Virginia (Canan) Jackson. Carol loved to garden. She attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church and sang in the choir. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Wiles and husband Kevin of Aurora; two grandchildren, Melanie Kitzmiller and husband Johnny and Robbie Wiles and wife Crystal; three great grandchildren, J.P. Kitzmiller, and Kinsey and Adrian Wiles and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Paul Wotring December 17, 2009; three sisters, Betty (Martin) Troshak, Ruby (John) Auvil and Ada (Ron) Green. Friends may call at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Aurora on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service time with Pastor Michael Lantz officiating.
