To the family of Sterling Queen,
Please accept my sincerest condolances.
COL QUEEEN!! He taught a survival camp in Corinth when Randy Rhodeheaver and I were kids. It was for 4H but we could take friends. We ate leaves and ants. Randy Wright was there too as were some of the Wongs. That night, we conducted "unsacntioned" war games.led by Mr. Wright .COL Queen had to come out of the cabin and put a stop to them. We also endured a heavy rain storm. Rhodeheaver and I were in the same tent and dug the deepest trench around our tent. Our tent was also the only one that got "flooded." the water went right across our ditch. It washed all our stuff to the back of the tent. I also remember his millllitary surplus store downtown. If I had any money, that was always the first stop, Great memories from a kid with whom he made a big impression.
Again, my condolances to his family. I will keep you in prayer during this difficult time.

Link, Mike and Family...
I have such wonderful memories growing up on Waldeck. Your dad was a great man. It took one to put up with me and Link fiddling around with his Civil War collection and trying to figure out the printers on our own. I have also told many stories to my kids about the "Cabin" and our trips to Canon Hill.
I'm sorry for your loss. May God bless you all through this process.
Love,
Cleve Bowie & Family
