Obituary of Timothy Patrick Wiles Sr.

Timothy Patrick Wiles Sr., 46, of Terra Alta, passed peacefully on Monday, October 4,2021 at Preston Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 28, 1975, in Morgantown, a son of Hugh Melvin Wiles of Terra Alta and Margaret Ann (Ford) Moats of Terra Alta. He was a 1996 graduate of Preston High School and was a longtime employee of Jennings Excavating. He took pride in providing for and supporting his beloved family. He was an avid Harley rider, firefighter with the Terra Alta Fire Dept. and a best friend to everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed by many including his high school sweetheart and loving wife of 25 years, Nicole (Tressler) Wiles, a daughter Natasha (Wiles) McMillen and husband, Tyler; anxiously awaited first grandchild, Waylon; a son, Timothy Patrick Wiles Jr.; a brother, Robert Wiles; a sister, Charlotte Wiles; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jason Wiles, a nephew, Nicholas Daws and his grandparents. Family and friends will be received at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home in Terra Alta on Friday, October 8, 2021, from 2-4 and 6 -8pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 11am until the noon service time. He will be laid to rest at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
