Obituary of Delmar Frances Moats

Delmar Frances Moats, 79, of Terra Alta, died Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, MD. The son of the late Lester and Minnie Bell Cambel Moats, he was born April 13, 1941 in Terra Alta. He is survived by his daughter and spouse, Peggy Lee Moats and Sarah Parker of Alpine, TX; one brother, Wayne Moats of Grafton; two sisters, Alta Dixon, and Irma Moats, both of Terra Alta; his first wife, Mary Dick of Alpine, TX, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Lawrence Wesley Moats, Everett Woodrow Moats and Melvin Elwood Moats and two sisters, Helen Virginia Moats and Marie Ellen Jones.
