Obituary of David Allen Ridenour

David Allen Ridenour, 56, of Terra Alta, died unexpectedly on Wednesday July 8, 2020 at his home. The son of Barbara J. Ridenour of Terra Alta, he was born July 30, 1963 in Terra Alta. He enjoyed tearing down old buildings and barns and salvaging lumber and other items to be repurposed. He like to hunt, fish and be outdoors. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, William Ridenour and Michael Ridenour, both of Terra Alta; three sisters, Betsy Digman of Oakland, Sarah Reckart of Terra Alta and Frances Shupp of Thomas; one aunt, Frances Powell of Terra Alta and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an aunt, Elizabeth Frazee. To honor his wishes, he will be cremated. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Arthur H.
