Obituary of Shane Andrew Funk

Shane Andrew Funk, 34, of Gastonia, NC passed away Saturday April 4, 2020 in Columbus, OH. He was born July 20, 1985 in Morgantown, WV a son of Roger Funk and companion Deborah Hull of Terra Alta, WV and Teresa June (Cain) Born and husband Chris of Gastonia, NC. Shane loved to hunt and fish. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Mountaineer fan. He is survived by four brothers, Scott Hebb, Frank Cain and Rachael, Jason Hull and Tonya and Justin Funk and Aspen;several aunts, uncles and nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandparents;one uncle and five aunts. Due to this unknown time with the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a private graveside service at Pine Grove Cemetery in Terra Alta, WV with Rev. Larry Anderson officiating.
