Dear Karen, Junie, Toni, Nicole, and families. There is much sorrow for your loss. Sonny will be missed. There is a void in your hearts that will never completely be filled, nor should it. That is a place of memories and love. When that ache comes, fill it with the good times you remember and the love that was expressed in your family. We extend to you our love in this difficult time. "Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need." Hebrews 4:16

Uncle Sonny was an incredible man. He was always busy. Even after his illness, I could see him out mowing grass, painting, helping Jay fix the water problems, the list could go on. He didn't let it stop him! Uncle Sonny had a quiet spirit and he didn't wear his religion on his sleeve. I could tell he carried his compassion for God in his heart by his actions. He and Aunt Karen shared a wonderful life together, a good example for all of us to follow----50 years of marriage, what a blessing!! Uncle Sonny fought a good fight until the end. And finally the Lord said, my good and faithful son it is time to come home. He will be missed by all who loved him. Love and Prayers from Maureen and Jay
