Francis Daniels, 71, passed away Sunday May 4, 2025, at Hopemont State Hospital in Terra Alta, West Virginia. He was born on August 27, 1953, son of the late Lily Daniel. Mr. Daniels was a resident of Hopemont State Hospital since July 24, 2014. He was believed to serve in the United States Navy. Mr. Daniels also worked on computers as a side gig while in Hopemont State Hospital. Mr. Daniels had no known immediate family. The Arthur H.
