Obituary of Donna Marie Sisler

Donna Marie (Dodge) Sisler, 68, of Terra Alta, WV, passed away early Monday morning on April 14, 2025, at home surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on August 29, 1956, in Baltimore, MD, the youngest child to the late Ruby Ellen Dodge of Saltlick, WV and the late George Dayton Dodge of Terra Alta, WV. Donna worked as a seamstress, bartender, waitress and bookkeeper throughout her life. Aside from the home she built with her husband Johnny, she was most proud of being "MawMaw" to her seven grandchildren. Donna is survived by her husband of 32 years, Johnny "Jake" Sisler; one son, Toby Myers and wife, Beth Jelinek; two daughters, Jackie Dicks and husband, Ben, and Sheri Casteel and husband, Justin; seven grandchildren, Nate, Breanna, BreEllen, Bryson, Charlie, Landon, and Maddie. Additionally, she is survived by her sister, Jeanette Conte and husband, Joe of Loveland, CO; sister, Doris Dodge of Catonsville, MD; brother, Greg Dodge and wife, Taira of Cabot, AR; brother, Roger Dodge and wife, Tina of Baltimore, MD; two nieces Heather and Angie, and three nephews Joe, Jason, and Jeremy. Donna also leaves behind many cherished friends. To honor Donna's wishes, there will be no public services. Donna is to be cremated and a celebration of life to be held on a later date to be determined by the family. The Arthur H.
